Cheers, and welcome to 2021! Here we are already halfway through January with even more exciting challenges ahead of us. And one thing is certain, last year taught us that good and even positive things can come from adversity when we face it with hope and goodwill.
And 2021 looks very promising! We have found that working from home can be more productive. We've drawn closer to our family and friends, and have even had the time to streamline processes and review our practices to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our clients - our #1 goal.
All indicators point to another vibrant year in real estate. Dallas/Fort Worth made the list of the U.S. metro areas expected to be the top housing markets for 2021. The D/FW area ranked sixth out of the 20 markets in Zillow’s survey. Austin ranked first in the annual report – its second year in a row to head the list. Our team is excited and resolved to roll up our sleeves and work on new and innovative ways to help our clients realize their real estate goals!
